Supporting students’ ambitions through opportunity, connections, and resources.

Founded in 2019 by Troy Hill of the Los Angeles Rams and partner Jazzelyn Bradbury, Star Players Academy has been devoted to serving youth in marginalized communities through football camps, holiday gift-giving and mentorship. While we remain focused on uplifting youth in low-income communities, in 2021, we are narrowing our efforts.

COVID-19 has exacerbated disparities within the education system, which is why we must work harder than ever to make impactful change. We believe that by focusing on one school at a time, our programs can become more lasting and sustainable. Our goal is to work toward closing the achievement gap between students in low-poverty and high-poverty schools by improving graduation rates, college readiness, and career prospects.

Stay tuned for upcoming programs and events on our new site in January 2021.
